Tax.

There's a difference between a Nuclear Physicist needing outlines for his lecture, and a politician needing a one-word "reminder" of her core values.

Come on. We aren't talking about Nuclear Physics. We're talking about the "core values" of the Republican party.

You honestly are telling me you don't see a difference there?
Honestly, I see this in the exact opposite way you are looking at it. I don't know...Maybe my mind works differently than most? I have a job which has required me to speak publicly for the past 13 years. I am definitely a subject matter expert in my field. But when I give a speech or teach a class, give a briefing, etc, I don't have but one to three words written down per subject. I glance at my notes and see the word "VSA training" and I will automatically know the exact details of what that entails, why it is required, what benefits it brings us and on and on. However, I'm certainly not going to remember if, during this particular session, I wanted to discuss the VSA before the IEDs or was it after the robots? Wait...wasn't there something else I wanted to cover that is ALL IMPORTANT???? Oh yeah, SAFETY!!! Sometimes there are just so many topics to cover that you need a quick memory jog (one word, like Taxes) and your brain knows the rest. Or perhaps you just wanted to remember the order you were going to cover them in.

That's how I see it anyway, because that's how I have been doing public speaking for over 13 years. And sadly, I have written a word or two on my hand before as well. But I still think she could have found a freakin piece of looseleaf instead!! lol

I can get Pagans not voting for Obama or whatever for one reason or another. But Pagans voting for a Christian Supremacist? Really?

some of us don't vote based on religious beliefs. If I like their message and their plan I will vote for them, I don't care if they are christian supremacists, mormons, catholics, quakers, atheists, or devil worshipers.
